Registration Requirements 

• Birth Certificate
• Vaccination Records
• Proof of Residence (such as a rent receipt or utility bill with your address)
• Your child must have turned 5 before September 1st.  
• Proof of custody (if applicable)
• Registration Packet (available at your school)  

      Uniforms Are Required

• All District schools require uniforms.
